Sure IPTV is an internet based TV service. It works in exactly the same way as your current cable or satellite service, and you can watch it via a remote control in exactly the same way. All you need is a broadband internet connection of 15 Mbps. d in two simple ways.

Your Sure IPTV Set Top Box has been programed and activated. You can start enjoying service now. Follow the steps below.

Wait 5 seconds after your box has connected to WiFi. Then click STB Media. Sure IPTV will load.

Troubleshooting

1. If you see a white screen which says unable to connect to portal or portal not found, press the OK button on your remote. A new menu appears on the top right of the screen. Select EXIT to return to main home screen.

2. Recheck internet connection. Play YouTube and see if its working. If yes, then retry STB Media and it will work. 

Note

1. Power off the box when not in use by pressing and holding Red button on the remote and then pressing OK on remote and shut down.

2. Keyboard can be brought up by pressing EPG button on remote.
